They don't answer the phone. The first thing they say when you call is that they respect your time. If that were true, they would either answer the phone or say this phone is never answered. If your need does not fit there automated system, you will just go around and around, and no one will ever answer. Sad.....

I have lived here for 20 years. I have never had more trouble getting my mail delivered to my mailbox than I have here. Today I just checked an order that tracking says was delivered 2 days ago. Didn't come to my house. I get a lot of substitutes on my route, if that's any excuse. I do a lot of online shopping so you'd think they'd get it together by now. Really jacvks up my day when I have to waste time trying to track down orders. Pretty soon merchants won't sell to me thinking it's me instead of the post office.
