Do not order from this company. I ordered an Item for a total of $339 (including shipping) in March. After many attempts I final got a response from them in May saying that my order had processed and that they would send me a tracking number. Well it is now August 27th, still no product and they will not even respond to me. Terrible company that still owes me a product or a $339 refund.

I ordered a product in January. My credit card was charged. NO PRODUCT WAS EVER DELIVERED. (It's August now.) No credit for charges as promised. None of the phone numbers work. Repeated emails were not answered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

**EDIT** STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ITEMS OR A CALL FROM COMPANY***5/26/22 Ordered some back on track items in Nov. They had great communication at first. They let me know the BOT items were back ordered for a few weeks. Few weeks later, they emailed me letting me know the items were still on back order. It is now May, I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone to either send me my stuff or my money. They will not answer the phone or email.

Once we got things straightened out it was a great experience but at first a bit frustrating. I ordered the start of Feb. and billed upon purchase. I read past reviews and understood it would take time but after a month I finally called and spoke to someone. She was going to look into my order and email me. No email. She called back same day but no voicemail. I called back and left a message, no return call or email. Waited until the next week and called again - no pick up, no return call. I figured out communication was best via their website "contact us" email. They were great once I figured that out. It is a small company that was dealing with tech and staff issues. In the end I am satisfied but had to be persistent to get my item. The price savings made it worth the extra work on my part. I hope they can do better for other customers as I totally prefer a small business vs. supporting other big box/online retailers.
