Great place to work all staff office , med techs , pcas All work together to make this place amazing for the residents I soon as I got hired I felt like I was about of one big family ! The housekeepers keep the place up to par the residents are always happy I love coming to work seeing my co workers and residents Don’t listen to the reviews come see for yourself unlike other places they don’t just throw you into work to drown they give you the proper tools and skills you need to be the absolute best at your job I’m glad I applied I hope to have years of Memories here

I have a loved one that has been there for about 7 months , there are bed bugs in the beds, all her clothes are missing, she wears the same thing for days, she rarely gets a bath. Some of the staff really try, but some just don't care. And the oder is very bad, they need better management to assure the residents are being taken care of the way they deserve to be.

Do NOT ever put your loved one in this Nursing Home! When your loved one passes away, they DO NOT notify the FAMILY. Venessa Dillon (who works for the Davidson County Social Services) dumped her Aunt in this Nursing home so she and her siblings wouldn't be bothered by her. In addition to the very rude and condescending office staff and in the Alzheimer's unit there are bugs and ants all in the Alzheimer's dining/sitting room.
