Terrible attitude. Had 15 items at self checkout and was screamed by a half bald employee saying this was only for 15 items or less.

Just wanted to make a review for future applicants and employees. This place is the ABSOLUTE most AWFUL place to work. The managers specifically (sue) do not treat any of the employees like human beings they treat them like cattle. and animals. and it’s disgusting. I hope to god she gets her karma and so does every other manager there cause the way they treat there employees is DISGUSTING. Its legit inhumane. The managers there do not do anything at all. for customer service or there employees. They even treat the disabled employees like garbage. I’m writing this review for future people so they do not have to go through this. This place is absolutely awful and disgusting to the point where they only leave a carriage of warm water in the break room and only put special foods in there for when corporate comes in. If you or anyone you know works here or applies here i strongly recommend they either quit and go somewhere where they will actually be treated like human beings. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could give 0 stars I would but I will settle for one. This place is horrible, first off I went for one thing and they falsely advertised it(I think we all know what that is) but secondly and the most important thing is that their staff was horribly rude and all had the worst attitudes especially Brian and Ashley, very very unprofessional and unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. I also couldn't tell if they had just slaughtered a skunk in the backroom or if Brian and Ashley took a mud bath together before starting their shifts, maybe next employee training session they can teach lessons on how to apply deodorant and shower.

This BJ's seems smaller than some of the others in the area. I had a difficult time finding an item, and when I asked someone on the floor he had a very terse "not my job" type of response. I eventually found a young man at the front of the store who was VERY knowledgeable and helpful, but every retail employee should have a solution-oriented mindset.
