Horrible customer service. The older man who works there won’t install batteries even though the website says they do. He said before i left that he “hoped i didn’t have far to drive because the battery has no juice” the lack of concern for my safety as a whole is completely baffling. He did this to a close friend of mine also. He needs to be retrained or fired.

Never purchased a battery from Napa Maybe some other things Not sure what the website says but I Would get in touch with the manager And find out what's that guy's problem
