I had the best experience at Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership! Glen Korsen was my salesperson and he was extremely kind-hearted, helpful and caring through the whole process, along with the sales manager Paul. The entire process of buying my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was seamless. The general sales manager Paul is thoughtful and mindful when helping to structure a monthly payment. Between the two of them, this is definitely where you want to get your next car. They have created a conducive and friendly environment in their showroom at the dealership. The entire Smith Haven team provided me with a transparent and no nonsense purchase. They were so welcoming and really made sure any questions/concerns I had were answered. Bought a used 2019 ram from Brandon smith. He was very easy to deal with, not pushy like a typical salesman, and very willing to accommodate my needs to get the deal done. Were you given a loaner vehicle? It is possible that they were waiting on parts. If that was the case, the repair can't be completed without all parts( sometimes source from different locations).

I bought my Jeep there and I expressed to the women that I had two jobs and needed my car the same day. She saw me lotta my schedule to figure out the best day for me. She never gave me the option.

Did you buy your truck there? I got my 2017 Grand Cherokee there and got both inspections there free. The first inspection should be only 10 bucks anywhere, and the following years the full 37 bucks. Smithaven gives free lifetime inspections if you bought the vehicle there (as I remember).NY State inspections cost 10 bucks the first time because they don't get the pollution control checks, etc. but the following years they do and cost 37. Smithaven charges the appropriate fee if you bought the vehicle elsewhere, but nothing if you bought it from them.
suggestion...call Brown's Jeep dealership on RTE 112 for your service needs. They know how to get the job done...and in a timely fashion
I know they will do anything they can to help. I do agree the interest rate will likely be higher, but that is true anytime someone has less than stellar credit. If you have a good reason for your credit problem, like unexpected medical bills, mention this. There's a chance they could convince a lender to give you a better rate, particularly if you have made a sincere effort to correct the issue. Good luck!
