Service was very quick; got my car back the same day. Deducting a star because the online service prices are quite misleading. I was quoted $269.99 for a battery replacement, but ended up paying $380 at the store. I’m fine with the $380, and the labor/parts list makes sense. I suspect the $269.99 came from some preset labor time + the parts price. I’d suggest a UI change: just put the parts price on the online quote, and call labor price “TBD.”

I've been a loyal Ford lease customer for 12 years / this is my 5th lease. For this purchase, my salesman was Rocco. Having had the Edge and Escape, I wanted something different. I was leaning toward the Mustang SUV, accepting it was electric, but no sunroof was a deal breaker for me. I looked at the Bronco Sport. Test drove it, it was fun to drive, but, no leather seats. Rocco assured me these seats were no problem to clean because they were meant to be an "off road" vehicle. (my seats are stained at this point and disgusting) He was the epitome of a salesman, and boy, did I buy everything he was selling. Picked up the car, (December 2021) unfortunately without my husband, and when I brought it home, my husband couldn't believe it. The entire car still had the glue residue from being wrapped in protective plastic. The ENTIRE car. Had to bring the truck back on 2 separate occasions for it to be corrected. As I'm driving it, I notice multiple accessories the truck did not have compared to my previous Edge/Escape. No gate lift/ close on the hatchback, no dual temperature controls, no heated steering wheel, having to physically put into sport mode every single time, no CD player!! And other things, I cannot even think about at this point. It is a complete downgrade from what I had, and Rocco knew it! Then, as I pump gas, it kept popping every few dollars. Take it in for service, and they give me some BS about spider webs in the tank, they tested it and it no longer happens. It kept happening - all the way down to Florida and back!!!! Brought it in a 2nd time...again, supposedly fixed. Nope, needed to be fixed a 3rd time, I made an appointment with the service department then canceled because I had an issue with them, that's another entire story!!! In addition to that, the brakes screech when the truck is put in reverse. That was also looked at twice and still not fixed. I HATE THIS TRUCK. Hate everything about it. And now I'm stuck with it for a 39 month lease. I have no confidence in their service department. This WILL be my last Ford, they lost a loyal customer over this entire sales and service experience.

Just got my 2021 Broco Sport its 15K mile service at Smithtown Ford. Fantastic experience. They checked me in right away, completed my service appointment expeditiously and I was on my way in no time at all. Best Place in the USA to have your Ford serviced.

Call them for current new and used inventory. They usually have a few Raptors on the lot new and used
