I was scammed by the saleswoman who recommended me and who never appeared and Juan Carlos Hermida, the salesman who treated me badly, they sold me a car with a slashed tire, with just the right amount of time I arrived in Queens and the next day I had to buy a new tire, If they wanted me to go in person, why didn't they tell me to do it? Why did they ask me for photos of the invoice and the slashed tire? Do not look for excuses not to pay. So, ARE YOU GOING TO PAY ME OR NOT GOING TO PAY ME FOR THE CRACKED TIRE?

They sold me a car in days! But yet never mentioned any issues the car had. Lucky I work in the service department I found out the car has an oil leak. I brought the car here for service and they lied to me that they fixed the problem I had to come back again and leave the car, yet I got the car back with the same issue. Comes to find out I need a whole transmission! They didn’t add any extended warranty to the deal nothing. They basically sold me a car and told me it’s my problem now ! I will never come back nor recommend anyone here !
