I was told the service would take approximately 40 minutes when I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. The standard service appointment ended up taking 2 hours. If the service department had just been honest about how long the appointment would take, I would have been prepared. Instead, I wasted a good portion of my weekend. On top of that, no loaner car was available despite assurances that a loaner was included in my exorbitant service price.

Pleasant experience always. Matt my service advisor keeps me well updated on repairs and wait estimates. Work is done well and expeditiously. The waiting area is comfortable with access to view the garage bay to look over work being done on the cars

Great service center , Ray is my advisor and can’t say enough about him he truly gos above and beyond and knows his stuff. Always pleasant experience with everyone there other then having to wait a bit which isn’t horrible but otherwise great service center and would most definitely recommend anyone who might need to bring there vehicle in .
