I found this store much cleaner and more organized then the others in the Charlotte area. The people that work there were much friendlier and more communicative than those from the other stores. That means a lot to a customer and they should include it in the employee training handbook.

The clothes are boring...all the same just different colors and a hell of a lot more expen$ive, seriously! And then, had to spend money to get there, to end with a disappointment, no choices. No I will not return.

If you are African American please pay attention to the older white lady at the jewelry counter. I had an OBVIOUSLY discriminatory experience with her today where she rang up a white customer in front of me and LITERALLY refused to ring me up. Told me to go to the back of the other line. Lied about why and then when I told her I wasn't buying the items anymore, she got them and tossed them on the counter nonchalantly and walked off. The manager handled it and I am very appreciative of her. I love khols and have never experienced anything like this before. I just feel like this was not her first time doing this or being discriminative, so I thought other people should be aware and report this if she does it to anyone else. I gave one star based on my experience TODAY, .
