Very disappointed! Had an agreed price showed up with check in hand after they provided a purchase and sales agreement to bank. When I arrived the price had changed and they would not honor the agreement and quickly returned my deposit. I was told there was a mistake and the car could not be sold for the agreed price. Sales manager, Henry would not even come talk to me. I went into his office to try and ask how they can do this. He was very smug and basically told me to hit the road. I would suggest really examining any deal you do with them.

The whole process went really well...Mike in sales did a fantastic job and Kathy in finance got me a great deal and the paperwork was done quickly! Mike spent the time with me and went over all the features and showed me how everything works.

Their were several set backs (shipping delays on parts, parts not shipping when they should, and other customers cars being prioritized over mine when mine was in the shop for 7 days and theirs just arrived that day) that I was unhappy with. Communication from Steve in the service department started off A+ but by day 3 was a C- at best. Over all the dome lights were fixed and they left the vehicle clean and put together correctly. Other dealers have left screws loos in the head liner and central at least does quality work even if it is slower then anticipated. It was also a cpo warranty repair so… you know the saying good, fast, cheap, pick 2. And the service was good and free.
