The worse low class Big Y i have ever visited. The staff is extremly rude starting with the manager. What a disgrace for a supervisor. I usually enjoy the Big Y in Longmeadow and East Longmeadow. NOT WEST SPRINGFIELD. THE LOWEST OF THE LOW. Corporate SHOULD MAKE SOME CHANGES HERE.

Great sales. I dont have a Big Y in my town but I wish I did! This Big Y is so bright inside and clean! Shelves are stocked and they have lots of products you cant find at other stores! Check out was super fast and the employees were really nice. They have self checkouts too which is great if you have a few products. They have a deli and they also have a pizza station. Their produce section is huge! Great selection of vegi's and fruits!

Mystic Butterfly Boutique

This is my usual grocery store. they are always pleasant and i know exactly where to go for what I want. when they have the mini cheesecakes in the case, or the lemon donuts I'm extra excited.

This Big y is very good,for fresh made foods I get lunch here quite often. good calzones more friendly than the Southwick store, better service too.
