Found their prices to be competitive and cars well maintained even at high mileage. They stuck with me through every step of the process and were very responsive, even taking my car to a service center for a pre-purchase inspection. During the 30-day warranty period required by MA one of the solenoids on my new car had an issue and they repaired it and a couple extra items without charging me labor on the extra tweaks not covered under the warranty, which was really appreciated.

We purchased a used 2013 GMC Yukon Denali from Union Street and cannot be more pleased. We named her BIG Betty White! Both Charles and Josh were wonderful throughout the process. The pricing was very fair, and they fixed literally everything on the vehicle before pick up - from new tires to suspension issues and made the maintenance current. They also did all the run-around to get insurance, registry stuff done. The vehicle is spotless! We have decided that Union Street Auto is our new used-car dealers, and mechanics. My wife and father-law went to check out the car as the car was really for her dad. They both were happy with the negotiation as Joshua was very reasonable on the price of their vehicle and our trade in. There were a couple of things that needed to be worked on the vehicle before the sale and both were written into the sale and addressed. The communication from Joshua was top notch always kept me in the loop, professional and courteous. Really good experience buying a vehicle from Union Street Auto Sales and Joshua. Can't agree more. They put me in a great vehicle and the customer service before and AFTER was even better.
I bought my car and they have been great. I also realize that I am buying a used car and things are going to happen. This has happened with used cars I bought from the biggest dealers right down to private sellers. For me it always comes down to research on the car I'm buying now. How reliable is it. What does consumer reports say. And all of the other research I can do. No dealer can protect you from a poorly made car. I am 55 years old never bought a new car have bought some lemons. So just trying to pass on what I have learned. Sometimes when a used car has problems later down the road it's not the dealers fault it's just not a well made car and those problems were going to happen. Best bet is do your research.
We require all customers to wear masks when entering our building or our vehicles. We have hand sanitizing stations throughout the office and waiting room. Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
