I couldn't have imagined a better experience finding my gown! For starters, Dawn was simply amazing - she was everything I could have hoped for for this experience. She called me back quickly to discuss what I was looking for and to set up an appointment to come in and try on gowns. When she found out she wasn't working the day I was coming in, she came in anyway because she felt we had connected. That in itself meant the world to me. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly and made both myself and my group feel welcome. She explained the process easily and never made me feel overwhelmed or that I have no idea what to do. She was so warm, helpful, and respectful. When trying on dresses, she never made me feel bad about not loving dresses, but hyped me up all along the way! When we got down to my favorite two gowns, she dolled me up and reminded me that the day was about me and how I envision myself as a bride walking to my future husband. When I found the one, she put on the song I mentioned at the start of the appointment that I was planning to walk down the aisle to, fluffed my train and veil, and was there literally every step of the way. I cannot state how amazing this entire process was and how much I loved Dawn and her help, as well as all of the other ladies at the bridal shop! If you haven't found your gown, you should absolutely check out Elegant Bridals. I drove two hours to visit - it was worth every single mile!!!!!

This was the first place I shopped for bridal gowns and I found the one thanks to Hannah! She was amazing at picking out styles and helping me put my vision to life. She was so sweet and made me feel very confident. I ended up saying yes to the dress for the second dress I tried on and it was beautiful, my now husband LOVED it. The ladies were always there for me during my wedding planning journey and quick to respond to any questions I had. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience finding my dream dress!

My mom and I were traveling and stumbled across Elegant Bridals. The store looked beautiful, even from the outside.. I was super nervous about just walking in without an appointment but from the second we opened the door we were greeted with smiles and paired with our stylist, Hannah, instantly. The store is beautiful and how they have the dressing rooms etc. set up, it really makes you feel special when trying on the dresses - which they have an amazing collection of. Hannah was so sweet, helpful, and informative - she actually even picked out the dress I ended up LOVING! You can tell she truly cares about what she does and that makes all the difference, especially when making such a big decision. I would definitely recommend anyone searching for Wedding or any type of formal wear to check them out, you won’t regret it! ❤️
