Horrible hours. I don't how they expect working people to ever buy anything from their store. I work from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and by the time I get to them they're closed every single day. It's just ridiculous that they can't stay open the same hours as every other hardware store in town. Seems lazy to me that they open up later and close sooner

Northern Tool is an authorized repair shop for non-Northern products. I had a very poor experience, treated like a second class customer because I brought a piece of equipment in for repair that was not a manufacturer they sell. I was even told should have purchased their equipment and that the repair would take over 3 weeks to even get to and would have to place a deposit although it was a warranty repair. What is even more enlightening is I shared with them that the product I purchased actually ranked much better than their product and the the warranty wasn't due to craftsmanship, just a minor replacement. I will not shop at Northern again in the future. There are better options.
