We went to get a "super fan", and their selection was good, and they had what we wanted exactly. The only critique I can give them is that they have people working to help you unlike Lows, but the employees don't seem to know a lot about the products where they work. Also, when we were checking out; we had to check ourselves out, and I had decided to get a large umbrella also. Two employees talking to each other thought my son was stealing the fan he'd already paid for. It was rude. She should have been paying attention like she was supposed to, instead of talking to her coworker about lunch and where to go! I'm noticing that kind of thing going on a lot more lately. It really upsetting, because I am disabled and do need help sometimes. It would be nice if the cashier would greet me when I start unloading my groceries and perhaps ask if I need help! They just don't seem to have the manners like people used to. I don't know why, but I definitely know customer service after being a Customer Service Manager for Sears, and that is not it!

Had issues with an order (been waiting a month). I spoke with the manager Bob who was beyond difficult and truly rude and abrupt in dealing with my situation. I had to call corporate Home Depot who had to apologize on his behalf. My interaction involved being talked down to like a 5 year old, being hung up on AND being ignored when I tried to call back! I did not raise my voice nor spoke back in a rude manner, but apparently he is having a bad day. This reflects poorly on the store and I will not be coming back because of it,

Great experience at order pick up. The young lady who assisted me, was friendly, and even assisted with exchanging an item that wasn't in good condition. She was more than willing to help and thanked me for my purchase. By far a great experience.

Home Depot has had trouble keeping competent staff lately, which is a shame. I have used this location for years, but staffing just has not been the priority that it should be since the Pandemic. Selection has suffered, as well, as in most industries in the past couple of years. I would not downgrade the review for these reasons, but I truly believe that they could do a bit better to improve staffing with the proper incentives.

The question about Green house kits availableor not? I don't know if they have that size. I would also say 4 x 4 is really small. My advice always plan twice the size you think because you really will "outgrow" it fast. Buy some electric grey pipe with elbow fittings for arches, 4 18 inch rebar add 6mill plastic. See if this size is comfortable on a 4 x 4 is will be less money for starters.
They might be able to suggest installers. If not, check with the Better Business Bureau.
Mami who do you think I'm talking about
Masks on at all time and social distancing
Don't think so
I think it would depend on the size of the order but, just give them a call. I'm sure one of their friendly employees will be happy to help you 🙂
They don't do it themselves, but they can give you the names of good contractors, who will do the job for you.
I have not seen it there
That one I'm not sure of Sharon. You may have to call customer service. They should have a list I would think. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
I think that would be a question for the corporate office. I don't think you'll get an answer to this question on this site.
I've never seen any chippers there at all. Try Rent-all on Hendersonville Rd. That's where we always go for that kind of thing.
Home Depot on Acton Circle is #3645.
They can help you with the plans or you can go on line and check it out. If you look at build a deck dyi.
