Amazing customer service!! These guys went above and beyond for me. I ran into a pickle and wasn’t able to pick up my items from this store, and I live out of range for them to deliver to me. However, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and kind - the cashiers, and customer service ladies. The manager Joseph really did me a solid and got them to deliver anyway. Thank you guys.

The lady in "customer service" with short dark ponytail is very rude. Not only to me, but she treated other customers very poorly also. Will go to the Lincolnton store next time.

This is an average Lowe's stores. The saw in the wood area has been broken for years, or the employees may just not want to be bothered. Appliances on display but can not be ordered.

We've picked up dozens of bags of hardwood mulch this spring. I really like the loading area, located just outside the garden center. Very easy access to load up the truck, and be on our way. Helpful staff too!
