I brought in two wheels and new tires to JMR to be changed out from the old tires and tubes and balanced. They said I'd be charged $20 per tire, plus the price of the tubes, about $80 total. They charged me over $200, but I paid it, no problem. After installing on my bike. I had an imbalance on the front tire. I changed the tire myself w/ a new one and balanced it. Still a bad imbalance. I brought it to Central Cycle and they looked at it and said the tube was sized too small (2.25/2.50) The tire is a size 3.25. I brought both wheel and old tube that JMR changed, in and JMR claimed that using the small tube was "perfectly ok". After doing some research I see that it NOT perfectly ok and that it is definitely wrong. They would not give me any money back on the tubes (I have to do the rear one also) or on Central Cycle's bill $118. An expensive lesson. JMR does not back their shoddy, good enough work. Just remember you are risking your life w/ these peoples' work.

Called to induire about a moped. Dude who answered was rude as hell wouldn't even really talk just a simple yes or no man. Said 2500 is cheap for a moped. Didn't wanna seem to help me what so ever. Avoid this location.

Nice experience. They’re very busy and while I wasn’t able to get my scooter serviced , they put me on their wait list as it’s very busy this time of the year. Was able to get my scooter to an authorized Vespa dealer and called to cancel my appointment at the Honda dealership. Very polite staff and thanked them. Maybe next time.

I have never reviewed any company negatively. After ordering a complete fender set for my son's new/used bike, I was informed that one of the tank shrouds was discontinued. I asked what I should do with one tank shroud. The response was "good question, the rest of the fenders are here for you though." I asked to have my order refunded and was informed of a 20% restocking fee. For their issue, I have to eat $40. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have happily accepted a complete set. I will never shop there again. Absolute joke, I wish I could give them 0 stars! Since I can't reply to the owners reply below: You refunded my money a week later after I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I didn't know I needed to let you that I wouldn't accept an incomplete. Try being an honest business person.
