I just got my new car today, and I'm absolutely loving it. Since the beginning Ira Toyota of Hyannis has been a blessing. I went to 2 dealerships prior to my visit with Toyota and within the first 5 minutes of speaking with Justin I knew he was who I wanted to buy my first car from. Justin was very patient and charismatic. He explained all my questions thoroughly and I left feeling very confident that I would get an amazing car. From beginning to end he communicated with me over all updates on my car and didn't make me feel pressured into buying a car. It was a great experience, so much so that my boyfriend is also thinking of getting a new car with Justin as well. Thank you Justin and the entire Ira Toyota of Hyannis we appreciate you and I look forward to telling everyone who will listen about my experience here.

Salesman Tommy (didn’t catch his last name).. was probably the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with! So easy going.. he knew what I needed vs. wanted and found the perfect compromise within the hour. And I loved it! He explained everything to me and how to use everything (So Five~Star!!!!) Jonathan Brown in finance helped me understand my warranties and really broke everything down for me so I didn’t feel taken advantage of… the whole experience was honestly 6 out of 5 stars. I will recommend! Thank you Hyannis Toyota! And thank you for not taking up my whole day! That was HUGE!

I, for the most part, have had great service from Ira I’m happy to say! Service team all around excellent, and I’m able to always rent a car for my convenience which is really important! Super kind and friendly! Details do matter, however, and I take extra care to listen to information told regarding the state of my car. There have been some slight discrepancies so it’s important to pay attention to the final billing. Overall I’m very satisfied, and am happy to recommend them.
