Thought this car dealership was always courteous in the past and willing to help except this time when I have a warranty and I have no transmission thinking I do knowing I paid for it they stop answering my phone calls and refuse to get back to me so disappointed and sad considering I have things to do a business to run and a family to support. Instead they call police rather than speaking to you and trying to work out the problem. For some one with ptsd it's not ok what they did to me.😬

Update… had my vehicle for a couple of months, and had to put over $3000 into it due to the driveshaft, axle, and entire braking system needing to be replaced. I called and emailed and received no response from anyone. Very disappointed with how this played out. I put almost as much $$ into the car as I paid for it. Incredibly disappointed…buyer DEFINITELY beware

All the staff at The Car Guys are easy to talk to , kind , helpful and welcoming! I recently purchased the vehicle I had been searching for and they were excellent on the day I purchased and went above and beyond on the day I picked it up. They were relaxed and honest. My experience at the car guys was excellent. It was my first time buying from a dealer and I was skeptical cause I had heard bad things about dealers, but they blew me away with how awesome they were. They weren’t pushy at all, extremely honest, quick to answer, and just nice people to work with. On top of that, it doesn’t just end after you purchase your car. They look out for you making sure the car is running well and you’re satisfied. The car I purchased from them should last me a long time, but if I ever need a new car, I’ll be coming back to the car guys.
