This place has poor customer service. Not so much the car lot itself because they do the best they can with what they can but there services department off Orr rd In charlotte is AWFUL about getting back with me about what is going on with my car. I bought a car in October and there was a loud popping noise coming from the car and the belt was squeaking. They neglected to look at the belt the FOUR times my car has been sent for service because they never could fix the problem the popping noise was causing. So after the fourth time AND my serpentine belt snapping off because they never actually looked at it. they suggested to send it to another car shop they use to get a “second eye” on the car. Once the second shop looked at my car they instantly found the problem. how did crowns service department not find the issue in the 4 times they looked at it? That’s the question I ask myself. NOW it has been 1 month of my car being in service and crowns not offering any help with a spare car until mine is fixed, the shop tells me my car is not drivable or able to be fixed. I AM STILL IN THE WAITING GAME to see if I can even get a new car. I paid my bill on time if not early this entire time. They have scammed 5,000 from me so far and I’m still waiting to see if I am even going to have a car because my car is now not drivable.. (which I told them last week) no one will contact me. You can never get I contact with management. They hesitate to give you managements name. 1 month of not knowing if I will even have a car after all this is over.

My foster son purchased his first a car from them and they clearly took advantage of him. They took his down payment of 1500 and set him up with an interest rate of 21.99 per cent. The auto drove off the lot just fine and now it is wobbling all over the place. The terms says if he is one day late they can repossess the car. It is a Toyota which he has a balance of 14000 plus 7000 interest to be paid over 98 payments. They should be ashamed doing this to a vulnerable adult with issues!

My car buying experience was A1 and the staff was great to deal with. Once I brought all the documents I needed, they were able to get me approved and riding in my vehicle in no time. No long wait or the dread of being turned down like at a traditional dealership. I got the vehicle I want with an affordable down payment and monthly payments. If you looking for a vehicle I highly suggest you visit Crown Auto, you won't be disappointed.

Questions & Answers

Are these monthly payments for real?? I'm baffled at how anyone can charge 450 a month for a car almost 10 years old. Even at a buy here pay here. How is that a "good deal"? No other dealership I've found charges that. Are these misprints?

The pricing displayed is only an example, and the actual price is based upon a number of factors such as the customer's stability, income, and down payment. For that reason, what a customer would pay would change not only vehicle to vehicle, but also customer to customer.

Do it count as a repossession if the dealership would not fix my car and refuse to let me use my warranty that I purchase that’s why I didn’t make a payment on it and they came to pick it up? although I did speak to the owner about the situation

Yes, you sign a contact that clearly states that if the car breaks down, you still have to pay regardless of warranty..

If I've had a car from you all and it was repossessed, can I get a car from you all again?

While we do finance and approve customers with one, or even several, previous repos we do not finance someone if one of those repos was with us. We truly apologize for any inconvience ma'am.

I looked for a nice car
