This was our first visit to Toyota of Rock Hill and we were helped immediately and promptly. Scott Hendrix assisted us in finding a great car for the best value. We went to Toyota in Charlotte and they were completely out of cars on the lot to sell and only offered online sales at the time. Their prices were also higher in Charlotte. Rock Hill location had new cars on the lot available so that was already a huge plus during the current car supply situation nationwide. My parents are Vietnamese and speak little English. Scott took the time to explain everything to us and did not make us feel pressured which was GREATLY appreciated. We will be returning for future needs and hope to get to work with Mr. Scott Hendrix again in Rock Hill. Thank you for the great customer service!

Place was very clean, and all of the staff was nice. I was greeted and taken care of by Jason Land who was phenomenal! He made sure I stayed informed, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Friendly from beginning to end! AND LITTLE WAIT TIME! I was in and out in under an hour! First time coming and it’s easily my new home for my car services

Another excellent service experience with Lauren! We’ve been taking our cars here for years after first taking our cars to another service dealer where we waited almost 30 mins for them to even greet us! Easy online scheduling, friendly service and reasonable prices. For our last service, Lauren and the team easily diagnosed the issue and it was still even under warranty! They communicate through the entire process and work with you to get your car back quickly. Also appreciate the digital reports!

This was my first time at this location. After having brought my car to Scott Clark Toyota with absolutely horrible experiences. I wouldn’t even rate Scott Clark a 1. So, as you can imagine, I was nervous and really hoping this would be a good experience. All I have to say is it went above and beyond my expectations! I was quickly greeted by a friendly team member and they got all my info, told me have a seat and it’d be ready soon. (It was an oil change) Well, it was done under an hour and everything was seamless right up to the checkout! Everyone had great attitudes and I appreciated the quick and efficient manner things were handled. I look forward to coming back here for all my Toyota needs!

So your car cuts off when you come to a stop to save on gas but yet it wears out your starter,,, real bright.
