They were super helpful and professional. I had my very old sewing machine repaired while I waited and got some bobbins and spare parts. I will definitely be going back..... I've already been twice n the last week! I've got to check if they give classes!

Had a wonderful experience here getting my old kenmore hose fixed on my vacuum. Another store said part would be over 100 if I could find it. Then proceeded to offer me an 800 dollar vacuum instead. These guys were efficient, cheap, and honest. Will be back!

Yes we are able to service all models, however we are unable to get parts for some brands such as Dyson.
