Thoroughly surprised. Excellent customer service at check in. Rooms extremely clean and modern. Was pleased with breakfast offerings and other amenities such as fitness & business center. Great find for the price.

Very friendly staff, modern facilities, comfy beds, great breakfast. Only complaint was the room wasn’t cleaned very well. The floor was sticky, bed cover had makeup on it, pizza crumbs found in the pull out sofa, hair on drawers, shower, and bed. Rooms need to have managers QA them to at random to ensure cleaning staff is doing their part. We liked the room setup. Pool was nice and clean.

I’m a frequent traveller pretty much living at hotels across the US for 6 months plus per year. My stay at this Staybridge was above expectations. The staff were wonderful making me feel like I was home. I happen to hit their Manager’s reception night with free beer, wine and delicious pulled pork and chicken wraps. Their breakfast cook is amazing. Breakfast was for me, better than homemade. No powdered eggs served here. The room I booked was upgraded to a suite with a separate bedroom. Other than one of the elevators being out of service, everything was perfect. I would suggest that this Staybridge be the model for which all IHG hotels should strive to become.

Positive: Very clean. Excellent staff at front desk. Very comfortable room. Great bed. Negative: Lots of noisy and rude guests during my stay. Only one functioning elevator for the duration of my stay. Absolutely inadequate.
