Great location. Walkable to commercial center of Cville. Rooms are fairly large, nicely appointed, clean. Breakfast was decent. We picked this property largely so our daughter could swim after a long car ride. Pool was pretty dirty (human hair floating around). If you don't care about the pool, this is a 4-star or 5-star property.

The rooms were really nice. The tv was a little annoying to use and the toilet seat was slightly off center. But other than that room wise everything was absolutely amazing. Being able to have my dog was a plus. I will say the breakfast area was not to my liking. Free food is nice but only when you can actually eat it. Pretty much everything was made of bread, meaning i couldn't eat it. The hotel being close to downtown was nice as well.

Shanah Bell

Out of all the hotels during our trip, this one was the best, by far. The staff was really friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The room was large, well decorated, clean and had a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. The gym and pool were both fantastic. They were pet friendly, but do charge a $50 pet fee. The parking was really well located to the downtown area, but I did pay an $8 parking fee. However, that was much less than a lot of the other hotels. The only complaint was the complimentary breakfast. There were some really cold, rubbery eggs, but everything else was full of gluten, so there was nothing we could eat. It's a good thing we bring breakfast bars with us, because this seems to be more and more common now, which is frustrating. Overall, a great stay and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Great location with walking access to a number of fantastic restaurants. The hotel and the room were clean and the staff was friendly. This was my first experience with Home2 Suites and I was pleasantly surprised. For a family of four, the room was perfect with plenty of drawers, closets, countertop space, kitchen, rolling table, and sleeper sofa. Loved the full sized fridge and freezer - made it easy to refreeze my ice packs for picnic lunches and store leftovers from dining. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.
