Hi Lisa, yes we do sell flat trays, and as Damian said, if we don't have something in stock, we are more than happy to order it for you!
Yes we do! We generally don't have them in until early March, as that's when the farms have them ready.
They do carry wine and beer supplies though if you're needing something specific i would call ahead to confirm.
