My go to car wash. I pay monthly so I'm here at least once a week. The staff is very nice and do a good job cleaning the interior and exterior of the car.

Visited this car wash once on June 5, 2022 and I'm not sure if I'd return. I paid for the full service, and the team just wanted to rush through the cleaning process. I had to get my car vacuumed again. On returning home, I realized that the front of my car was still covered in tiny bird poop spots and bugs. I don't understand what I paid for. I know you guys wanna make as much money in the shortest amount of time possible, but at least do it respectfully. I had to point out each crevice and spot to clean.

Woodbridge location I've been a customer here for over 1 year and after getting my car washed today I immediately noticed scratches on my tinted windows on front and back of the passenger side. Those scratches were not there before they cleaned the windows. Don't know if there was leftover dirt on the rag or the girl was wearing rings but no matter what type of cloth they use, scratches were left on my tints. I showed the manager and he saw the scratches himself. Despite that, he just argued with me relentlessly. Not only did they damage my car, they wouldn't refund my money. Poor management and very unprofessional. Stay away from this business if you care about what happens to your car. They rush, do a half fast job, leave your car damaged, and treat customers carelessly.

Great car wash. Inside staff are always super nice and helpful! I get the monthly wash package ! Needed my sticker moved because it was blocking my view and then fixed it right when I said I was having issues ! It’s worth the wait
