This place is a mess! It reminds me of a TH Maxx or Marshall's on a bad day! The accessories, beauty and women's clothing section was disorganized and messy! It's a place to pick through, not to shop in leisurely. From what I saw the home section was much better and looked more like Macy's.

It's not what it used to be, when you first walk in the store looks semi-decent with the nice glass panels covering the first set of racks but once you walk inside it's a different story. The store looks like it was pieced together from different locations, the floors are different the racks have no rhyme or reason. It was very hard to find things in that store and nothing was organized at all things were strewn about carelessly and there was barely any employees around to ask questions. The fitting rooms were extremely hot, and very limited there were many people waiting on line to try things on. The store just didnt look right. The "modernized" look just kinda trashy, the prices are RIDICULOUS. A simple cardigan was 78$ (regular price 134) but honestly it could have sold for 20 max. The store was also very dirty, there was a large spill of soda or something that covered an entire floor near the escalators you would literally stick to the floor. The space is not what it used to be. The housewares sections were pretty okay, but linen was thrown around, bed spreads on the floor, towels etc. I get it, it was a weekend but if you struggle like that you should have WAY more staff on hand.

5 ladies standing behind a counter doing absolutely nothing but chatting. Asked if they had communion dresses. One lady answered no only for babies. Wait what???? Not one other person tried to help. Sure enough i go to walk out 15 feet in front of them and what do I see? Communion dresses! Un believable. Not only that the dressing room was a disaster. They could've made a lot better of their time.

Macy’s was awesome pre covid days . This used to my go to shop. But now ! Wow things have changed . All dresses and products are so expensive ! No sale nothing . Poor customer service . Very very very slow billing . Out of the 10 billing places only 1 is being used . Even with crowd they don’t open other billing stations. Average experience overall. Lots of parking space available .
