Got cut by the pin of an anti theft tag when I tried leather shorts in store. I didn't notice there was an anti theft tag in the pocket, parts seperated. I got this 5 inches long cut by the pin when I put the shorts on. It kept bleeding but didn't look too bad then. The assosiates gave me the bandages. But it hurts badlly when I disinfected with alcohol at home!!! It even hurts when I took a shower! This is much deeper and longer than I thought. Hopefully the scar will go before summer. I give 2 stars only because the associate was friendly.

Terrible scheduling. ]Was hired and it took almost a month and a half to get a shift. The coworkers talk about everybody. Would NOT recommend working or shopping here. Menlo is better. More variety.

Express is my favorite brand. However, this store offers a very horrible service. Maybe I am generalizing, but I had a really bad experience in this store. This "manager" Samantha was very disrespectful and treated me with a really bad attitude when I went to get a refound for an item that I was charged regular price when I found it on the special section with a sticker at a lower price; obviously, I didn't notice it until I saw my recive next day. After explaining this situation to the "manager" Samantha she said "Do you think I am stupid?, it seems like you changed the price sticker! come I will show you where it belongs." Since this person made me feel really bad and also cry in my birthday by accusing me without proofs - a thing called defamation - I decided to leave the store and I said "for managers like you, companies like express loss their customers" and giving a bad attitude like she doesn't care, she just said "ok." People like her transform the pleasurable buying experience into a very horrible experience!
