…… update as of 1.15.22 (impressive staff upgrade to drive up). Thank you! Dec 2023…Please find someone who is able to handle the drive up. 40 min wait with 2 cars in front is ridiculous...I get it, hard to find people....I finallt went inside and 3 employees were standing around. CVS really needs to up its game... process improvement required at drive up window.

Won't answer the phone at all. I've actually walked in and saw the pharmacist standing around as I called their phone and they just ignore it. Not a single person attempts to answer their phone and they clearly don't care even though many reviews complain about this. Ignore this CVS if you can.

Very unprofessional pharmacist/staff Just called in for my refill and without making sure which medication I asked the pharmacy staff, said Good Bye and hang up the phone. Awww, I was like what an unprofessional pharmacy staff. Is this how pharmacy staffs work at CVS location : 800, Lexington St, Waltham MA So rude and not a professional pharmacy staff. Let's see if I get my refill correct or not. If not will report about this staff. Pharmacy staffs & Pharmacy Manager's - Just do not have over "head weight".. be patience with patients. It does not matter how busy the pharmacy is, your pharmacy staff must first learn what is and how to be patience with patients. First learn that before getting in to pharmacy certificate and a work.

I've been going to this CVS for about 20yrs. Most staff is great. Pharmacists especially Lisa have helped me many times. Only suggestion? Not the place for burqua gear. All of a sudden many work here. This is USA. Nobody will hurt you here for being FREE!! We love everyone but assimilation in any country is expected.
