WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!! Went out lastnight, had a couple drinks.. then just wanted to crash somewhere near by. We check in at 1:00am, room key didn’t work.. went back to office, Tammy replaced the key.. went back to room.. key still didn’t work.. Tammy then proceeds to come to room to try to use a different key and was unsuccessful with entry. Tammy then instructed us to come to office to get a different room. By this time 20 minutes has went by and we STILL have not been able to actually get into our room.. we finally make it in the room and we lay down.. my boyfriend gets up to use the bathroom and there is ROACHES EVERYWHERE.. We call the office and explain we want our money back and Tammy says to come back to the office and she will check us out and to come back in the morning for a refund because managers are the only ones who can provide refunds. That was at 1:53am… we call the next morning and speak to management.. the man says there is a 15 min refund policy and that no matter what, we will not be receiving a refund.. we explained to him that we were not even able to enter our room till roughly 20 minutes after checking in.. and he hung up. We called back.. and he hung up. We explained we had videos of Roaches scattering all over the walls and bathroom floor… and He was rude, does not know how to handle customers and surely does not know how to manage a hotel. Roaches are unsanitary and this has been reported to the VHD. I don’t understand how any decent human being could treat someone so poorly.. goes to show how greedy and disrespectful some can be. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want a clean place to stay it’s better to just pay the extra 30 bucks at a better hotel. Seriously.

You can tell him there's always a room available but the bad thing is they do have bugs but if you keep yourself your room clean is pretty well you know decent I'd recommend it to someone

The price is very affordable, rooms are clean, instant hot water in the shower, nicely decorated and bed was quite comfortable. I highly recommend this Inn .

I stayed the evening of 12/26/21. I had the travel discount coupon for $50, but the unfriendly manager on duty said it was for two people, not one person. In small print it did say for two people and I had to pay the full price of $65 plus tax, plus a refundable no smoking deposit of $50 bringing the total to $122.80. At checkout it was refunded for the night’s total to $72.80. At the desk there is a sign that they know about the roaches and have traps in the rooms. There are many local homeless staying there and there were a lot people talking outside the room I was in. People living there have pets in their rooms and food bowls by their door, which is the source of the roaches. My room had six roach traps, which all had roaches in them. The room was also a non-smoking room, but the bed covering had more than 20-cigarette burn holes in it. The desk chair had most of the paint worn from the plastic arm rests. I have stayed there in the past and it has gone from good to unsatisfactory. There were two nearby motels that were priced under $40 for one to two people. I will not stay there again.
