Wow!!!! TERRIBLE customer service. $130 for a night… dirty… woke up in the morning with no hot water to shower and a sink that was backed up. When I went down to the front desk no one was there with a sign that was hand written that said be back in an hour. No one to turn my key into to get back on the road. I have never once called to complain about a hotel but I did in this case and they didn’t want to hear it!! The guy hung up on me!! He said it’s my responsibility to call and I said I did!! I went to the front desk and tried calling 4 times with no answer!! He was GONE for over an hour. Won’t give me any money back and hung up.

The room LOOKED ok , so we checked in . The one inch of dead moths in the lighting fixture was discovered shortly after that . The two chairs in the room were absolutely filthy , we took a chlorox wipe to them and still were dirty , sat on the bed . There were plenty of homeless nearby at all times , we took the change out of our car as it would most likely be bait for the people in the area . I would rather sleep in the car !!!!!

We stayed here a couple of days because we were out of power during the snow storm. The internet doesn't work well and the cable only worked sometimes. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well and most of the electrical outlets didn't work. The smell of mothballs was so strong in the room, it took our breath away. The breakfast they offered was stale cereal. The juice machine didn't work and the coffee was disgusting. The key cards weren't working correctly and kept getting deactivated and the husband would get angry when we went to have them reactivated. He also asked us at check in about whether or not we had extra people and he was constantly creeping around the doors and windows trying to look inside and watching when we got in and out of our car to make sure it was the correct number of people. Overall, not happy about our stay and kind of uncomfortable with how creepy the owner was being.
