This spot does indeed have a dark and nefarious history (especially) since "Dr." Brown took over. We have indeed lost-count of the phony and unprofessional "vets" she has hired. Most of whom are not real vets and many of whom had failed out. The latest gal unfortunately is also coming across similarly, conning clients and passing herself off as a vet, yet she is not a full-fledged vet. And anyway, how could this privileged little lady enjoy publicly killing animals while feigning a vets love for animals? Rudeness is the main feature of this business. You can go to them for years, spend thousands of dollars here, and in your moment of greatest need they will hang up on you, or lock the door. Dr. Brown is insanely rude. They are only interested in "easy money". They could only pull that up here, elsewhere it would get very sticky for them. To end this we will have to act collectively, share histories and experiences and put together a serious case. Individually the cost to them is negligible, but if we work together we can close this nasty place down, let’s not run out of steam or lose interest. Think of your beloved creature they harmed, ignored, or might have harmed. Let's make Caribou a better place and get rid of this rude business. We have the lawyers, we need the testimonies from clients and ex-employees. Let's work together until the job is finished.

My furbabies and fur grand-babies are so well taken care of here. Their prices are very fair and appropriate. Again I edit my review. Hands down, the love, the compassion my girls received is not to be taken lightly. While most dogs grow to be stubborn at vet visits, the understanding and true animal love shines through at North Country Animal Hospital.

Staff very friendly and helpful Vet is great she's also very compassionate. Been using north county for 30 years. Definitely a five ⭐ stars.

Telephone reception staff is rude and offensive. They would not accept me back as a returning client with an emergency. The over-used excuse is that they are too busy. They showed no compassion for my animal in dire need of medical care, not even an alternative reference. They simply hung up. It appears that this new generation mentality thinks with their thumbs instead of their brains. I don't care if you find this statement offensive. Because of it my beautiful companion passed on. If anyone has an issue with my attitude, I'd love to hear from you. I did not serve my country for this. Realize that if we didn't do what we did, you wouldn't be doing what you do.
