Our experience at Lumberton Honda was the best I have ever had at a dealership. Our salesperson, Loy Jordan Allen is the best. She showed us all options and helped us pick the best fit for us. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She guided us through all the steps to buying our new car. She was patient and excited to help us. I will definitely go back to Lumberton Honda. When you go, be sure to ask for Loy Jordan Allen! She's the best!

My daughter and I was traveling from MD to FL and the undercarriage of our 2018 Honda Civic would scrape the road every time we went over a hump. I decided to call a head to the Honda Lumberton, NC dealership to see if we could do a “pit stop” to have it checked out. I was asked ETA and I told them about 3 hrs. I was told to pull right in and see April. Well, 2-1/2 hrs. later we did just that. We drove into the express service area, we told them we called ahead and was told to see April. Needless to say, April was expecting us and took our keys immediately to have our car checked out. After using the restroom, a lap around the dealership, and looking at the cars on the lot, we headed back inside to ask April how long they said it was going to be? She immediately went back to check and came back and said it was ready. WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE APRIL AND THE MECHANICS SHOWED US IN THAT 30 minutes!!!!! Keep up the GREAT service! Thank you again April for your OUTSTANDING Customer Service! ☺️

Keith was my salesman he was awesome. He got my dad and I out of there pretty quick. The finance manager was Anthony I believe. I don't know how he did it, but he got me in a nice car. First place I stopped to look at a car and I felt comfortable enough, I bought the car. I will go back to Lumberton Honda for my next vehicle

What can I say other than “This Buying Process was AMAZING”. While purchasing my 1st Brand New car I had a million and one questions. Not only was Jay patient, calm, and very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful and thankful that I chose Lumberton Honda for this experience.

The whole dealership is racist, I just called and the lady receptionist to answer the phone very rude disrespectful, basically said she don't care
My experience with them was wonderful at first .. i was approved and only needed one thing for them to sign the paper work. The next day i was supposed to have them deliver my car around noon... It was well after that time and i spoke to the account manager the day before and all he shook my hand and told me what he needed to finalize everything. I privided what he asked for the next morning but i got no delivery no phone call.. so i text the sales person and all i got back was sorry the bank didnt approve you... Through a text message. . No explanations or anything... I wasnt upset over not being approved i was upset at how it was handled.. bad customer service and very cowardly... So sorry im sure theres other people out there that got approved or unapproved other wise they wouldnt be in buisness.. but if you handle all your unapproved clients this way they need a new sales rep. I didn't even mention he fell asleep while we were sitting waiting for an offer from banks.

That unfortunately I do not know.
To my understanding, there is no way for you to take your name off of the loan because during the financial aspect of purchasing the vehicle both parties credit was pulled etc..allowing you and the creditor to reach an agreement on terms of service, percentage rates, monthly payments, so on and so forth based of both applicants credit scores...the only way to get off it, is to refinance and use only the primary as the source of income etc. Notice: rates, monthly payments are subject to change.
