So saw price online of a vehicle (Jeep Wrangler) I was interested in. Expected to have price change when I drove there (85 miles) and was pleasantly surprised when it did not. Agent i dealt with was no pressure laid back type which i did not expect. Dan was great. Test drive went great and the purchase process was fantastic. They gave a very fair price for our trade in. The real over the top was vehicle we were trading in was in my wife and I names so my wife had to sign documents to trade in and she was not with me. Two days later Peterson sent someone to our home , 85 miles, to get my wife's signature. We loved the experience and the Jeep we now have, would give 10 stars if it went that high!

I have purchased from Peterson multiple times and been a faithful customer and dealt with Matt D. as he was a great salesman. Due to the recent events with my last purchase plus the attitude that I received, this will be my last time dealing with Matt and possibly Peterson’s. I will say that “Cowboy” was a great salesman, Amanda with Service was very understanding and treated me right.

Last Saturday experience was just off. We felt pressured to fill out paperwork to run our credit when we just wanted to see the inventory available (after reading some reviews, I'm glad we didn't) . We couldn't even see any cars. If we were taking up the salesman time, he could've just told us right away, but don't make it seem like we were an inconvenience after five minutes of arriving at the dealership. So, customer service was a big F! Also, he made it seem like we didn't have the money to buy a car. Their loss, not ours!

So I went to this dealer ship the other day to buy a jeep, I got approved . They said they needed proof of income so I sent them my proof of income which is in personal check because I own my own business in taking care of the elderly as a live in nurse. They then came back to me saying that the bank wanted a cosigner because they didn’t like my personal checks and that I take care of old people and if the old person was to die they wanna make sure they get their money. Now I’m pretty sure that’s discrimination against the elderly and very very rude!! so my advice to anyone that is looking to buy a car is to definitely not buy a vehicle from this place or these people beings you will be ripped off and lied to!!!!
