Once again I want to Lumberton Kia, this time with my daughter. J. W., is now in finance and my daughter is looking for a car, so Mr. JW introduced us to Elston who also was very warm and friendly and he helped my daughter it took us all but an hour and a half and she was in a 2021 Kia forte.God is good. Key of Lumberton knows how to handle their people and not pressure their clients. They will always be number one to me. Thank you for your excellent customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 9/8/2022 As always the staff is great, the service department is fantastic. I brought a Kia Carnival 3 months ago and that transaction took 1 hour from start to finish. J.W., and the salesman was great. Thank you Kia of Lumberton

Took My hybrid car there to get it reprogrammed after I replaced a part that was bad and they tried to tell me it would be $7000 to fix my car... I knew more than they did about the car... they are the absolute worst

The dealership doesn't even know what they have in their inventory. Did an inquiry through a ensure and received a call back from the dealership stating they had it and then drove 40 mins there to find out the vehicle wasn't there, sent to auction two days ago. Then was told another customer had the same thing happen to them earlier. Absolutely ridiculous...
