Something isn’t adding up . We literally have financing set up through our bank , and were looking for a chrysler pacifica . We went and looked here and saw a silver one , and a charcoal Chrysler Pacifica 2020 , Touring L with 6000 miles and one with 60k miles , EXACT SAME SPECS , on both vehicles except one was 23k and one was listed for 36k ( the one with “6000 “miles and charcoal color ). So we get there and they bring out the more expensive one , even though we asked for the silver one but it’s out on “ loaner “ . Turns out the charcoal one also has 66 thousand miles on it , and the 6000 listed mileage is a typo and incorrect , but they swear there would be no price difference even with the mileage discrepancy . I took the vin number of the charcoal option and the KBB is the same as the cheaper silver one in the 23k price range but they refused to change the price or even acknowledge they had made a mistake . So we give them the benefit of the doubt , and tell them to call us when the SILVER cheaper option is back on the lot . We call when the price on the silver chrysler pacifica is lowered and back on the lot , and call to insure that it’s there and drive 45 minutes to look at the silver one finally . We pull into the lot just to have them try to insult our intelligence again throwing the charcoal one back at us and saying the silver one is “wrecked” and still trying to justify that the charcoal one is “ nicer “ even though both vehicles are the same model , trim , and mileage . Let’s be honest if you have identical vehicles on the lot , and one has 13k worth of damage or color difference , it would have been sent to auction and not sold on the lot at all . We seriously would have bought the charcoal option if they’ve would’ve just owned the mistake and fixed the pricing because of the mileage listing mistake . It also still states 6000 miles on the sheet on the charcoal van , when the odometer reads 66k but apparently that doesn’t have anything to do with the overpricing 😅.

Do not buy or service any vehicle from this location- customer service is non existent and you will get scammed and lied to on multiple occasions. Car was not washed, services guaranteed were not honored and I’m not sure they serviced my vehicle at all…. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE AT ALL COSTS!!
