A great place to live, in a wonderful setting. We got to experience their dedication in a rather unexpected way because there were a lot of issues on move-in. Every one of them got fixed promptly as soon as we identified it.

I lived here nearly one year and have never had a worse experience with an apartment. - My dryer was broken on move in and took two weeks to replace. I was given a unit to use their dryer but when I went in there was no dryer in that unit as well. - My fridge wasn’t working properly and took over a MONTH to get replaced by management. - My hot water heater was apparently installed incorrectly and had to be fixed on move in. - Packages delivered are strewn about in the lobby for anyone to walk by and take with no organizational attempt whatsoever. - The trash room was abhorrent most of the time as shown in the photos. I think these are in violation of fire codes as well as sanitation codes - as there was mice feces after all the trash was finally moved as shown in the photo. Note that this photo is taken no more than 15 yards from a unit - all indoors. - Management was frankly extremely poor and the property manager, Laurel, was condescending, never in office, and rude. The building might be pretty but that’s the only redeeming quality. Find a different location to live in my personal opinion.

We lived at the Watch Factory for about two years and loved it. Beautiful view of the Charles River from the loft and from the parking lot. Professionally managed and the management and maintenance teams were always very responsive. We had to move because we wanted a one floor layout for our toddler, otherwise probably would still be living there.

Really interesting apartment community. In fact, it was once a watch factory. The building has a very cool history. Some apartments have a water view of the Charles River, there is even a restaurant on site. Great location and very friendly team working in the office.

Apartments are cable ready. Residents can contract with and pay for Comcast for service if they desire.

Yes. We are a pet-friendly community allowing dogs and cats. Pet rent applies - $50 dog, $125 - 2 dogs, $50 cat
General free parking. Reserved spaces are available at $125. For visitors parking is free. You can obtain a temporary parking permit for your guest which will allow them to park in any open parking space (reserved and covered spaces excluded).
Local schools include William F. Stanley Elementary School, John W. McDevitt Middle School, and Waltham High School.

The building was the original home of the Waltham Watch Factory built circa 1860. Part of it was transformed uniquely designed apartment residences in 2012. Of course, maintenance and upkeep is attended to as needed.

Kitchen are equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Sinks have a garbage disposal. Everything you need for meal prep and clean up is available!
