Went on July 22 and it was my first time and definitely my last time. No one was helpful at all. When I pulled into the bay the guy just started doing stuff to my car and I hadn’t even paid for what service I wanted. So I asked him how does he know what I’m having done. And that’s when he directed me to go inside to pay. It was a horrible job for paying $50. My windows had so many streaks. My tires had black stuff still all over them. My driver seat was very wet. It seemed like there was new people working there and they didn’t understand how to do their job. Just an horrible experience.

Amazing car wash service. Eugene was super nice and took great care of my SUV. They wash by hand and dry. Vacuumed the inside thoroughly and paid attention to detail. Took about 40 mins but if you want excellent work the wait shouldn't bother you. Definitely going back and recommend.

I take my car to Raleigh Auto Spa often. They do a great job. When I went yesterday, the wait was longer than usual. I understand being busy , it was Saturday. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I'm very particular about vehicles and what I consider Cleaning and Detailing. I wanted to try Raleigh Auto Spa and see how they compared to my personal car washing and some other competitors in the same area. This vehicle was not filthy going into the wash. I'd rate it a 2.5 out of 5. Here's why: Wash segment: watching a few vehicles in front of me and then experience the hand wash myself, the wash method was bucket, brush, and sponge. This bucket method with no bottom strainer allows dirt and debris to be moved from vehicle to vehicle surface. Additionally the washing was lazy and half accurate. There were plenty of spots missed or barely touched. The rinse off with a hose did not take all of the soap suds away. Drying soap on a car isn't good for the finish and can leave a chalky residue. Interior/ Exterior/ Waxing / Buffing Segment: It's a single person doing the cleaning. This took about 45 mins to complete. The auto wash spa was out of polishing compound *They should have stopped there and notified the vehicle owner* and asked how they should proceed. The interior was glossed over and in the photos you'll see dog hair still in the cup holder and on the leather seats. You'll see over spray from the interior detailer spray that was not wiped up and polished off. You'll see mud / dirt marks on the seats and door kick plates. The exterior shows plenty of over spray (quick detailer - that feels like a mix of tire shine and quick wax) left over on the plastic trim, bumper, and passenger side door panel. Overall, I would not recommend this auto wash for the Automotive enthusiast who knows about true detailing and cares about their vehicles. I'd really recommend some proper training classes and products to improve their customer's satisfaction. I paid $60 to the shop and $12 as tip to the washer himself.
