Absolutely crazy. Never have I seen a office more interested I. Payment than patient. We are covered by 2 medical insurances. They still would not give a appt until I put a claim through my auto insurance. Did that and still had a hard time with appt. The staff is rude unSympathetic. And classless. The old mighty dollar should not be more important than care

I want to start off by saying I love doctor Wu and this is not at all a reflection of him. He did my broken femur surgery and then this recent acl surgery. This is in regards to the woman who sizes for braces. Also I usually don’t go publicly about this stuff but If can help others I will. I have never been lied to at a professional level so this was a first for me. I was given a price I wanna say below $100 because I remember I was in no way shocked when she told me, I called to ask for a price cause there’s no way I was getting it if I couldn’t afford it. Big mistake, I have nothing written down in word from her which I should’ve done and she should’ve told me to check with insurance. This is my fault as well for trusting whatever she gave me. But after I got the bill for $344.10 (which anyone who knows me I would never have gotten something so expensive lol) I called of course. She proceeded to tell the person I spoke with “she never said that” and there’s nothing they could do for me… no payment plans nothing … honestly makes me question if they actually care about their patients. But lying is just not right, own up that you messed up and try to help me at least. I was being understanding until she said she never said that. So crazy, especially with a pandemic and everyone struggling not to mention this injury on top of it. Anyways, be careful with being sized and always check with insurance ! I hope others have a better experience. Stay safe

I have been working with Dr Samuel Gerber for around 8 months at this point. He was absolutely spectacular. He was kind, quick, and always on time. Dr Samuel Gerber was superb. He listened to my preferences, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way with my torn rotator cuff. The surgery went spectacularly and his follow up was thorough. As for reception, I have always been greeted by the schedulers with a smile and when I have called they have called back almost immediately. I had zero issues with reception and the schedulers. I would highly, highly recommend him and his team.

I've been seeing Dr. Bhat for over 10 yrs. The doctor, along with his staff, are amazing. They are so kind and accommodating! Dr. Bhat has helped me for years with pain management due to joints applying pressure on my spine. I love him and the whole staff. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent in what they do!
