Dr. Metwally and his staff were very kind and personable. Dr. Metwally was very helpful in helping me understand what is going on with my hip. He answered all my questions and his encouragement was heartening. And his reputation as the best hip man in the region is so reassuring. Plus he is so very likeable!

As soon as I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted and registered by the front desk staff. The ladies worked as a team and the process was seamless. I waited a few minutes before being escorted back to an examining room. The nurse was pleasant and competent. I was immediately seen by Dr. Metwally. He gave me his full attention and came up with a plan to alleviate my pain. I walked away with gratitude and optimism. I recommend the physicians in this practice to family and friends.

Found Dr Metwally very competent in the field of hip replacements. I was given complete literature and videos and classes to understand every aspect of my hip replacement, both pre-op and post-op. Dr Metwally was pleasant and friendly and gladly answered any of my questions. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the length of time waiting in his office to be seen. But considering the number of surgeries that he does, I understand that office visits can get backed up. Thumbs up on the Doctor and staff!

Dr. Metwally and his staff were top notch from my first appointment to my one year post surgery appointment. I appreciated their organization, collectively across the board, from scheduling appointments, followup with questions and returning phone calls when they said they would. Their ability to look ahead and make sure they know what type of pain medication will work best for each patient is appreciated. To have all medications in hand before surgery makes day of surgery go that much smoother. My two hip replacement surgeries (four months apart) were extremely successful and I am thankful to be pain free and have my life back. I highly recommend Dr Metwally and his staff if you are considering total hip replacement.

He also does some surgeries at the Grants Pass Surgery Center. Thats where he did my Total Hip Replacement but I was one of the lucky ones that qualified to have it done there. Dr. Metwally is all-around awesome, including his staff. Good luck!

I go in for surgery on Thursday. But so far everything's been awesome I've got a nurse that will call and check on me after the surgery every day. It's been smooth with all the transition with the physical therapy and everything. That I can let you know after my surgery what happens and how it went
