Worst service ever at this location! Lady taking our order was very rude and left and started doing something else in the middle of taking our order. Witnessed her touching a piece of chicken with her bare hand while she wore a glove on the other hand!?? We walked out and went next door to Taco Bell. Service has continuously declined lately...will not be returning.

Wouldn't go again. Workers look like they want to kill themselves and hate having to take your order. Most drink supplies are out of stock. For a fast casual restaurant, they make 0 effort. Food is decent but spend your money elsewhere. Do not know how Popeyes can expand compared to places like Raising Canes which hits it out of the park in every way. Would much prefer Raisin Canes, no contest. Also like others said, it's way too expensive for what you get.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The spicy tenders or 2 piece white meat are my go to favorites. Love the Cole Slaw as well.

I had the WORST experience last night at this location! I received and inaccurate order and what I did receive was cold, stale, and very hard! Upon making the 20mins drive back to the restaurant after realizing they pretty much had just threw whatever they wanted to in my bags, I encountered even more incompetence from the employees. Then, I was informed that I couldn't get a refund because it was out the the "window time". How?!!! This location is HORRIBLE, especially for Carmel, IN. It needs to be shut down immediately. Pictured below is part of the meal I received. I ordered a 4pc white, clearly that's not correct. Also, the shrimp combo I ordered resulted in a few pieces of hard, stale, inedible "shrimp".
