Stranded me on st pete beach for 5 hours and was never able to tow my car. They will lie and tell you someone will be there within an hour. Then 4 hours pass and nobody is there to help you, and eventually you just abandon your car to find safety and shelter. AAA has become a complete scam with NO ability to help their customers. The service people that come to “help” you are really only trying to sell you a battery. This company does not want to help you it wants to take your money. They are selling fake assurance. When things go wrong you can not count on AAA, the company that you have paid in advance. This company deserves to go under as well as every loser who works for them. Call your insurance company when you need roadside assistance. And also don’t ask these people for help with transportation in other states their useless their as well.
