I had no problem checking in on my own, but I felt so bad for all the elderly patients who did not understand how to use the computers for check in. There should definitely be an attendant/front desk to help with this. Otherwise, staff in the back are friendly and doing their job well.

Today, I had a bad experience at Seminole location coming with my son to have his blood work done. The young phlebotomist Kiera had a nasty attitud toward my son and myself since the very first moment, where she actually did not even greet or introduce herself. Then, she made several mistakes in the system even with my son's documents on hand. My son has been a customer at Quest (with the same insurance) for at least 5 years, however she insisted he had to be a new customer because she did not find his name on the system. She kept us there for about 20 minutes just trying to figure out how to input his name and insurance in the system. In general, her attitude was unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Clearly, she is not happy doing what she does with this job. Fortunally, she does not represent what quest has been for us, and I think she should get a basic class of bedside manners and better go and work to another place where she does not need to talk to customers. Very bad experience thanks to Kiera, not good at all.

Won't go here again! I told the guy that I bruise easily when having blood drawn, he didn't say a word. It hurt when he stuck me and had a bruise immediately that lasted a week.

Long wait times. I had my order in hand for my blood draw. The first employee that was newer did not have authorization to complete the order. She advised I would be the next patient called as one of the other techs would call me next. I waited again, in the waiting room as the experienced techs called name after name. They do not have their stuff together. I would recommend another lab other than Quest, on Park in Seminole.

Yes. But you will have to go as a walk in.
They'd probably prefer credit/debit. You can call a number to check.
Call them. I didn't know they had a problem. Or call Einstein bagels. They're next door
It is not required... But You can go online and make one and You will save time.
The phone app is easy. You can also do it online
Computer. Go on their page or they have an app
Yes but it's better to go online and get an appointment. Always ask if particular tests are covered by your insurance before they're done.
It says no fasting. Check with the doctor who ordered the test for clarification of you're unsure.
Easiest way is to download the app. Otherwise go on their website and make one at your nearest office.
Download the app. Then you can access you records, make appts. Etc.
Fasting ?
I don't work for quest but I do believe they do drug test because I've seen it on their websites
