The people are friendly. The parking lot has loads of traffic always. Normally no problems. They need to be a bit more knowledgeable. The girl, who was very sweet, told me I couldn't do my Amazon return and that I needed two labels even though it was a one item set. They didn't even scan it first to see. I went to the UPS down the road and they told me that was incorrect and returned it for me. When I called and let her know afterwards she was kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I have used this Ups many times and have had NO problems. But I prefer the Ups on Curlew and Us19. They are a bigger stire and very knowledgeable .

The man is the owner. He has no personality, no business sense. He makes excuses for each review as well as face fo face. BTW is a huge sign of someone that is a control freak. Use to go, was in walking distance but no longer. Was treated rudely by owner. Errrrr I am the customer.

I have been using this UPS store for over 5 years, through 2 different owners, and I have always had nice experiences, with friendly staff, and fast service. I do a lot of Amazon returns there too and it is very easy

They no longer have notary service and they do not open at 9 AM. Please call ahead for current hours and for current services, that is if their phone number is even correct. I bet they don’t even sell stamps.
