I drive a large Nissan Titan. They did a great job on the exterior. The interior looked very nice as well. A little overspray here and there. And they only missed one spot that I saw. Other than that phenomenal job truck looks wonderful and I will definitely be returning

They did not completely clean my car before waxing. I park under a tree at home and it was filthy and I paid extra for the wax to protect my car after washing. Instead they rubbed in and polished over dirt on my hood, top of car and trunk. They did not vacuum up twigs/ leaves in all the crevasses either. I called to talk to a manager, but no one answered. I left a message and no one called me back. Will not be getting more of my business.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for the last 15 years and the last year it has gone down hill fast. The waits are long , quality is very low . Every time I’ve gone lately I wait forever and my car is still dirty after I leave . Today was the worse I waited an hour and my car is a mess . Here’s a picture of the seat that still has chalk after being cleaned . I’ve always done the ultimate so that the inside is cleaned to . I understand employee shortage it’s everywhere but continuing to take in car and car and do poor quality work is not the way to keep loyal customers returning . I will not be back .

I had my Jeep Compass detailed by Pelican and even after a storm, the car shines like the day I bought it (maybe even a little shinier)! Very thorough detailing. Will definitely recommend.
