Got a biopsy in February, haven't been able to get results. My doctor and I keep getting the run around from Neurology. Was told I'd hear back from a supervisor last week, never did. Called today and got Billy. Have never been yelled at, talked over, and been given such a condescending tone in my life. I got hung up on. Most unprofessional medical office I've ever dealt with and very medically negligent.

This place is great if you like sitting on hold for 30-40 minutes just to have the call disconnected because they closed. I have had to called upwards of 6 times just to try to get in and still do not have an appointment. I never get a call back. Had the referral submitted twice with no contact from them. Been trying to get in for 4 months and I still haven't been able to talk to someone who can tell me what's going on... Completely inexcusable patient treatment. considering trying somewhere else even though MGH is supposed to be the best.

You would think that after paying $900 for a 15min appointment that I would be able to easy fill the medication that was prescribed to me. But with inattentive assistants like that of Dr. Kastin I have had to wait weeks to get anything done. No voicemail return and no timely updating of progress. Completely unprofessional and I will take my business elsewhere.

You can call the neurology department directly and ask them. That would be my best bet.

They serve people from puerto rico

Yes they are a hospital. They do not discriminate for any reason.

Hello, any questions pertaining to how the Neurology department operates would be better directed towards them....

Where are residency programs in Massachusetts for neurology

There are several options. If you do a Google search for 'neurology residency in Massachusetts' you'll find programs at Mass General Hospital, Brigham and Women, Beth Israel Deaconness and several others. It all starts with a general Google search!
