Lack of communication!!! We waited over ten weeks for our sofa that we put a deposit down for to hold it in order for them to change the price. We then applied for the lease which it’s almost $300 more so we ask why we have to pay a different price when we made a deposit in July for $1550. When I tell you I came to this store for weeks to check on my sofa so don’t believe them when they say that they will call you because they want. The sad part is that it’s there!!! Get a call from Tracy who told us that the price that we settled for stays the same that we applied for back in July. I get a different answer from two different associates that complain about them not knowing what to do and that it’s not their department. I understand that you guys are understaffed but very upsetting when we waited all these weeks to be told a completely different price and refused to believe that I had spoken with Tracy on Monday 10/18/2021. This lady gone tell me this past week; “Oh you will need to call back in like an hour because Tracy is having surgery today and I need to speak with him so I can’t change the price.”

Ok love big lots great prices for great things these cube. Dresser things I got for basically 30 bucks and then one was half off so it's buy one get one 1/2 off one of them was 50 and nine one
