Positive: Everything! The room was fantastic, great Poland hot tub area! The staff was incredible the breakfast attendant. It's such a great place to bring the family. The breakfast is huge and delicious. Negative: No. Everything was beyond exceptional!

Nice hotel offering kitchenettes which for our one night stay worked great for soda and some leftovers from a recommended Mexican restaurant (delish!). Spacious enough for our family of four (w/2 teen boys) and very clean room/kitchen area, dining table for four, & bath. Jennifer, the Operations Manager greeted us promptly on arrival after a long day of driving from Wisconsin. After finding us a room & checking us in, she gave us a map of Dickinson that highlighted attractions, city info, emergency info, coffee &drink cafe's, laundromats (yes!), Car rental & transportation info, RV Dumping Service info and RV Service companies. The map also included a very long list of restaurants here in town. In addition, she offered a "white list" of staff recommendations from the map/list. She did a great job of welcoming us to this city and all it has to offer. For first time visitors she did a thorough job. There are two elevators, a pool and hot tub and breakfast served in the morning from 7a-9:30a. Plenty of parking in the back of the hotel as well. If we ever come this way again, we will definitely choose this hotel again. The 4* for location is only because it is farther away from the interstate, however, it really isn't a problem for us but others may not like that. It is a very quiet location and we didn't mind driving through town as it gave us time to see what is offered here.

Absolutely wonderful!!! The layout of the room was perfect! Nice little kitchen area, a great work desk, very comfy bed and the bathroom was not right where you come in the door. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a room in Dickinson ND!!

I'm giving this a 2 Star Review for the following reasons... BTW I just wanna shout-out Brooke for being amazing and friendly during my stay & gave me a discount just for the issues I had dealt with... The 2 Pros I enjoyed staying here was my Bedroom and Bathroom was Clean & My Bed was Comfy to sleep on, Now the Cons that my expectations were not met where... 1, I mainly wanted to stay at a Place that I could enjoy myself in a hot tub, but unfortunately that didn't meet my needs here. The Water was Luke Warm and wish it was hotter. The Jets where hardly moving the water around and couldn't enjoy that nice pressure on my back... I noticed on what I thought was the filter on the side was originally white but was coated in a Yellow substance that was spreading throughout the hot tub & the paint was chipped and was overall disappointed and they said they were in the process of remodeling it for it already being the newest hotel in Dickinson... 2, My Shower Conditioner and Body wash would not come out of the pumps and they were locked in place inside the shower so no one could take them with & I notified the General Manager about this issue and gave me some extra small bottles to tie me over until they fixed it... unfortunately they did not fix the issue and had to use the small bottles anyways... 3, The kitchen sink that was in my room wouldn't drain right when I dumped the rest of my soda down it and tried using the disposal system and when turning that on, it did nothing but sounded like it was clanking and broken as well, I notified Brooke on all these issues and inform the right people to take a look at these things in my room... 4, The Last thing that I noticed in my room was that with these cold weather conditions that my room was getting cold faster and I could feel a cold draft coming from the window and Heater System and had to crank it all the way up to 78 degrees just for it ti stay warm...
