I stay here alot on business and it's my favorite in Dickinson. It's always clean, the owner is super friendly, and the beds are so comfortable.

Extended stay rooms could have been better. Needed more cupboards space, could have just been the room I was in though. The pool area is okay but the wallpapers in the hallway we're peeling off exposing black mold underneath on the sheetrock. One end of the hallway had all its wallpaper just ripped from the wall. The bar and grill was nothing to write home about. Closed way too early and overall didn't have very many options to choose from. Unlike smaller hotels who have a better bar and grill setup along with better hours of operation. Really would only go back if all the other hotels in the city were completely full.

We reserved a king room a week in advance, we get here and the gal at the desk said we don't have ant king rooms cleaned......this was 10:30pm!! So we had to stay in a queen room. We get in and there is a used bar of soap in the shower! This tells me it was never cleaned! Gross!!! There was no soap of any kind other than the used one!! So I I had to go down and get some.. The towels look like they are from the 80's. The beds are not comfortable. I like the spacious rooms.

Absolutely wonderful hotel for long term stays. The staff are always kind and helpful. The location is great being next to a Cash Wise and down the street from Walmart. Would absolutely stay again next time I am in Dickinson for work.

Living in a hotel is a hard way to go even when its all slick. I guess id find an easier way to launder and get out asap.
